Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value.
- We may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional offers.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Areas: Delivery may take additional time depending on courier availability.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
- You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.
Delivery Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Courier issues
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail and additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video and order details.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD may be available on selected products and locations.
- We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in certain cases.
